The Philippine Cancer Society's Executive Director (ED), Dr. Rachael Marie B. Rosario, has been the heart and soul of the Society's operations for over a decade, serving in this role since 2009. The PCS and the country lost an advocate, a leader, a health provider, a doer, a creative mind, an influencer, and a great motivator. The PCS honors her legacy.
